Cathy lives in Waynesboro and enjoys everything the Staunton, Augusta, and Waynesboro areas have to offer.

 

Cathy loves the Shenandoah Valley - the great outdoors and amazing mountain views! Having served the children in the greater Augusta County region, working with foster children and helping to find safe and stable homes for them, she is ready to take on finding you your dream home! She kicked off her real estate career working for title companies and is very familiar with the closing process.

 

Cathy is the mother of 3 sons, and her husband, George Ballew, also has 3 sons. She calls them her bonus boys! Together, they share 8 grandchildren and a precious Catahoula Leopard Dog named Rosie. She strongly supports local non-profit groups such as Magnolia Rose Shelter House, where she serves on the Board of Directors. When she is not learning all she can about the real estate business, she enjoys scuba diving, vineyards, and checking out local live music. 

 

Cathy was the GAAR Rookie of the Year in 2020 and won the Community Service Award in 2023. She has worked hard to gain knowledge to better serve her clients by obtaining GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) 2022, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) 2022, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) 2022, and C2EX (REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence) 2022.
