Ben was very thorough in planning and preparing house for sale. Since we still lived in the house, Ben suggested we pick a weekend to be out of town, then he would list the house on that Thursday. Ben got 15+ showings scheduled that weekend! The hardest part was deciding which of the 6 offers (5 over asking price) to accept.
