Allison's Bakery Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

We reached out to our friends at Allison's Bakery to create these delicious ready-to-prepare cookies. We hope you love baking these as much as we loved creating them. Happy nesting!

 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • One stick of butter (8 Tbsp).
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • With a mixer, beat the butter and the sugars until whipped and fluffy.
  • Add your egg and vanilla, beat for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the remaining jar ingredients into your bowl, beat on low until no flour streaks remain.
  • Scoop heaping tablespoons (golf ball sized) onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Top with a few extra dried cranberries for a beautiful finish!
  • Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned and the centers are set.
