WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
WHAT YOU NEED:
- One stick of butter (8 Tbsp).
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- With a mixer, beat the butter and the sugars until whipped and fluffy.
- Add your egg and vanilla, beat for 30 seconds.
- Pour the remaining jar ingredients into your bowl, beat on low until no flour streaks remain.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons (golf ball sized) onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Top with a few extra dried cranberries for a beautiful finish!
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned and the centers are set.
